The Capacity Gap Training

Train the nervous system to hold what this era demands.

8 weeks · Live · No recording · Small room

The Problem

The meeting ends and your body is still in it. Rest feels like falling behind. You make decisions from urgency more often than judgment. You know what to do. Your body will not let you do it.

Voices I Keep Hearing

01

I called into a meeting at 1 a.m. from a hotel room in Bangkok because I didn't want to miss anything. I called that dedication. My body called it something else.

02

I've sent out 300 applications this year. One interview. And I still can't stop refreshing my inbox every twenty minutes like the answer to my worth is in there.

03

When someone in a meeting goes quiet after I say something, my chest tightens and I start rewriting what I said in my head. By the time they respond, I've already abandoned my own position.

04

People tell me, "You at 50% is still better than most people at 100%." They think that's a compliment. It's actually the thing that keeps me from ever stopping.

05

I said no to a conference. It took me two days to stop feeling like I'd done something unforgivable.

06

By the time the first meeting starts my body is already tight. I'm answering questions and making decisions, but inside I'm already behind before the day even begins.

07

I notice I start controlling everything when the pressure spikes. It looks like leadership from the outside. Inside it's more like survival.

08

I oscillate between "I could build three companies this quarter" and "maybe I should just disappear into the desert and nobody would notice." Sometimes 15 seconds apart.

09

I know I need to slow down. But slowing down feels like the thing that will actually kill me. Speed is the only thing that's ever kept me safe.

Running in a loop

What This Is

The Capacity Gap Training is an 8-week live lab for leaders and founders.

This is real-time practice under real activation. You will be mid-sentence when your pattern shows up, that is the training. You do not learn about your override in theory, instead you catch it live, in the room, while it is running.

The room is small on purpose. When one person's system activates, the room registers it. That co-regulation is the mechanism. You are training your nervous system in the presence of other regulated systems. This is how capacity builds.

This training is based on reps, not willpower. You will practice staying when your body wants to leave, speaking when your pattern says to manage, and stopping when the override says keep going.

The Four Capacities in Practice

The Capacity Gap framework names four capacities. In the training, they become operational.

Containment

Regulation under load

Feel the pull without obeying it. Use acceleration on purpose instead of being used by it.

Recovery Velocity

Come down fast after pressure hits. Pressure ends when it ends. You come down without disappearing.

Identity Flexibility

When the identity that kept you safe stops working, what do you stand on? Rigid identities do not survive disruption. They dig in, double down, or quietly spiral.

Dopamine Governance

Distinguish chosen momentum from compulsive output. Feel the pull of the next thing and decide whether to follow it, rather than being carried automatically.

All four rest on the same foundation: the ability to stay present with what is real, under pressure, without fragmenting. That is not a soft skill. It is the most demanding training there is.

What Changes in Your Actual Week

You stop obeying the pull. You feel it early and you choose.

Your recovery gets fast. Pressure ends when it ends.

You become coherent when the room gets hot. You stop over-explaining, appeasing, getting sharp, or going vague.

Urgency stops running your life. You pause at the speed-up moment and regain authorship.

Your identity stops being load-bearing. Disruption lands as reality, not a verdict.

You stop crashing after the summit. You train the descent.

You leave with three things practiced under pressure: a Containment Contract. A Recovery Drill. A Coherence Move.

Who This Is For

Leaders and founders who feel acceleration in their bodies.

High performing. Often sensitive. Trained to override. Starting to notice the cost.

You do not need more insight. You need a trained nervous system.

If you want a course, this is not it.
